Summary
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Packers to join a busy team in the Chichester (West Sussex) area.
Immediate start available!
Youll be working in a fast-paced production environment, helping to prepare, package, and quality-check food products to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality
Applicants must have access to their own transport or live locally due to the location of the role. This role is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities: Operate food production machinery safely and efficiently Prepare, package, and label food products Follow hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organised workspace Work as part of a team to meet production targets Working in a chilled environment Requirements: Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential - full training provided Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks Good timekeeping and reliability Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures Hours: 12 hour shifts averaging 38.5 hours per week (day and nights available) starting at 7am on days or 7pm nights
Pay: £12.24 on days and £13.40 on nights
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
