Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical Bias

Location: Warrington, United Kingdom

Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 3 shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am) rotating weekly.

Salary: £48,200 circa + overtime

Benefits: Plenty of overtime available, annual company bonus up to 5%, 5% employer contribution to pension, private healthcare etc.



The Company:

My client, a fast paced FMCG manufacturer, is looking to add a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to their team at their Warrington site. They are a UK based company who values team work and innovative approaches to help keep up with their constantly rising demand. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery including pneumatic,hydraulic and automation systems
  • Mechanical and basic Electrical work on different systems and machines.



Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship/Time Served or NVQ Level 3 and above in an engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of mechanical machinery as well as basic knowledge of electrical systems.
  • FMCG manufacturing industry experience
