Summary
Job Title: Sprayer
Location: BD8, Bradford
Rate: £12.80-13.80 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Days: (07.30 - 16.00 (Mon-Thurs) 07.30 - 15.00 (Friday)
Nights: (16.30 - 03.15 Monday - Thursday)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 2 Sprayers either on Days or Nights with minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in a joinery/display environment to join our team. If you have a keen eye for precision and take pride in your workmanship, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections to ensure a smooth finish.
- Accurately match and mix primers and base colours according to specifications.
- Apply primers and base coats using HVLP gravity-fed guns and airless spray equipment.
- Ensure a high-quality finish and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in painting and spray application.
- Proficient with HVLP and airless spray equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing a high-quality finish.
- Ability to follow specifications and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
