Summary

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
The role
Housing 21 is looking for an organised, driven, and service-focused IT Service and Performance Coordinator to join our dynamic IT Operational Services team, which supports over 5000 users.
As the IT Service and Performance Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and supporting the success of our technical and operational teams. Your day-to-day will be varied, fast-paced, and impactful. You’ll be the go-to person for service coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting across the department.

While the role is home based (with frequent travel) the successful candidate will also be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required.

• Flexible approach to working, self-motivated and driven to strive for continual improvement
• Resolution and results orientated
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills able to liaise at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Business Administration Qualification
• 5 GCEs (A-C)/GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
