The Manager will manage all aspects of the store operation, leading the delivery of excellent customer service and high operational standards. Managing store performance, stock, finances, facilities and daily routines against KPI’s and with HSSE awareness. Leading and developing a team delivering to brand and customer experience standards.
Evening and weekend manager responsibilities
• Typical duties of a store manager include:
• recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• preparing promotional materials and display
Key skills for retail managers

Education and Experience:
• A level preferred.
• At least one year of customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
