Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with third party suppliers, customers and colleagues on site.
Ensure a consistent flow of vehicles to each production area e.g., paintshop, workshop, wheels, tyres etc so the ‘right’ vehicles progress through the site in a timely manner.
Work with the workshop team to ensure production targets are met in line with customer and company requirements.
Attend production and site meetings as required and be able to present summary of performance (to date) well as areas that need focus.
Be innovative in your approach and highlight new ideas/solutions as they appear.
Support both the progress and yard teams should opportunity arise to develop understanding and skill set.
Ensure that you adhere to the on-site safety guidelines.
Help to promote a positive safety culture on site.

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

Be proactive and able to work independently without supervision.
Quality of work and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst still meeting the demands of the customer and business.
Be able to delegate with the team and promote staff development.

We’ve put everything in place to ensure you thrive. Competitive salaries, strong core values and an excellent benefits package that includes:

Company Pension Scheme
An Employee Assistance Programme
