Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and strategies.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and support staff.
Your Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching or care assistant experience (references required).
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
