Your New Role:
Hays are seeking a dedicated and passionate class teacher who is happy to teacher from Reception - Year 6 to join our team across Birmingham, teaching Reception - Year 6 from September 2025. This long-term role offers the opportunity to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences that foster curiosity, inclusivity, and student success. As a Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in both academic and personal development, delivering well-structured lessons that align with the curriculum while catering to diverse learning needs.
In addition to planning and marking assessments, you will assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth.
