Summary
My client based in Grantham is currently recruiting for recycling operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (inclusive of weekends if that's how your shift falls) paying £12.81 per hour weekly pay 1800-0600 12 hour shifts, 48 hour week
About the Role:
As a Recycling Operative, you'll be an essential part of the team working in a busy recycling facility. Your main duties will include:
- Safely removing compressors from refrigeration units
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in line with health and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- This role is very repetitive and you will be on your feet for the full shift
