Summary
Customer Service Assistant
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, 2 weekends a month
Pay rate: £12.21ph
Key Duties
• Processing orders and handling returns
• Providing delivery information and liaising with couriers
• Working as part of a team to provide a positive customer experience
Key Skills Required
• Good listening skills
• Experience of communicating at all levels
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• IT literate
