Please note this is a permanent positionWorking hours: 40 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedAn exciting opportunity to work in ‘The Hub’ within the Booth centre.The purpose of the project is to support those who find themselves new to homelessness within Southampton and working with a rapid rehousing approach, collaboratively with other services within the city to ensure that clients do not sleep rough and find the best housing and support solution for themselves.Key Responsibilities:The main aspects of this role will be to support the clients who can access the service 24 hours a day, assessing support need, working alongside the Street homeless prevention team to assess housing need and finding a solution. You will work alongside colleagues with a person-centred approach to each client, finding individual solutions within the time frames set out for the service.
