At Hightown, we’re looking for caring and committed individuals to join us asWaking Night Project Workers. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you with full training, a structured induction, and the chance to gain a recognised qualification.You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, providing overnight support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks. With a positive attitude and a flexible approach, you’ll help empower individuals to live independently and with dignity. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference-we’d love to hear from you.Key responsibilities as a Waking Night Project Worker:Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Following a rota that includes night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. (I would take night shifts out)Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly.Upholding Hightown’s values and commitment to equality and diversity.Ensuring the safety of the propertyOffering emotional support as neededResponding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the nightHelping with personal care if needed.Administering medication if required. Ideal candidates will have:A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.A flexible approach to working shifts, including nights and weekends.Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.A team-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.A commitment to delivering excellent care and support.An understanding of equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.Previous experience is helpful but not essential-we provide full training.
