Role as a Classroom Assistant
As a Classroom Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons while helping pupils achieve their potential across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons
• Offering 1:1 and small group support, particularly in literacy and numeracy
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with SEN and EAL needs under guidance from the SENCO
• Contributing to extracurricular and enrichment activities
