Cover Supervisor: Take the lead in lessons across various subjects, building confidence in classroom management.
Pastoral Manager: Support students who may struggle in class, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Support Assistant: Work 1:1 with students with special educational needs, making a meaningful difference to their learning journey.
Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in delivering educational content and supporting classroom activities.
Provide individualized support to students, particularly those with special needs or autism.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.

We partner with schools across London, the East, and South East of England to match you with placements tailored to your goals and preferences. These placements can be in primary, secondary, or special needs schools, depending on your interests.
Flexible Placement Durations: Choose from 12, 24, or 39 weeks.
Weekly Pay: Earn between £400-£500 gross per week (via PAYE).
Local Opportunities: We prioritise placements within an hour’s commute of your home.
Career Progression: Some roles may lead to permanent salaried employment directly with the school.
Year-Round Start Dates: While most placements begin in September, January and April, however opportunities are available throughout the year.
Who Are We Looking For?
If you’ve graduated from a UK university within the last three years or are about to graduate, we’d love to hear from you! Your degree subject isn’t as important as your passion for education and your ambition to become a qualified teacher or educator.
