The Property Maintenance Engineer Opportunity:

We’re looking for a talented Property Maintenance Engineer to join our supportive, hands-on team. Based in our Twickenham HQ, you’ll work across central London and the surrounding areas—each day bringing new challenges and opportunities to build your skills.

Whether your interest lies in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, or something else, we’ll encourage you to develop your expertise and follow your passion.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out general building fabric works across commercial properties
• Small groundwork, painting, lock changes, basic plumbing
• Solve maintenance issues with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Work alongside our Chief Engineer in a two-person team during training
• Progress to lone working when ready and confident

About You

• Practical, hands-on, and solutions-focused
• Multi-skilled with experience in property or building maintenance
• Friendly and professional, with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
