Summary
To facilitate the running alongside the Junior Sister of the department. Supporting all junior members of the team. To ensure stock & pharmacy are ordered to enable the team to carry out clinics with all the necessary equipment To create a safe and welcoming environment To undertake lone clinics for patients with complex dressings, to follow up these patients, document clinical findings and escalate concerns To support the wider team within the trust policy. To always put the patient first and act as their advocate.
