Crynodeb
The Job Plan has a maximum of 9 PAs of Direct Clinical Care (DCC) including admin and 1 Supporting Professional Activities (SPA) which will be organised on an 18-week rota, and an additional 1.1 PAs for GIM work. The rota allows for consultants to alternate working on busy and less busy days in order to equalise workloads. Majority of the DCC is covering the ward in one of our SAMS wards providing an in-reach service to surgical wards, or providing frailty cover to ED Department. This is an indicative weekly timetable for the current staffing of 10 consultants. A specific job plan will be agreed upon with the appointed consultant to meet the needs of the service. The job plan will be reviewed annually or upon request.
