The Role

Are you a skilled Building Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality surveying services.

Main Duties Include:

Conduct stock condition, damp, condensation, structural, and other building surveys

Complete Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), retrofit assessments, and HHSRS assessments

Investigate disrepair claims and manage related legal processes

Provide technical advice on landlord consents and insurance claims

Specify and tender remedial works for building defects

Support our Net Carbon Zero and energy efficiency targets through data analysis and software tools

Maintain excellent customer communication throughout all activities

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Building Surveyor

Strong knowledge of property asset data and investment planning

Excellent analytical and communication skills

A relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS or CIOB) or working towards

  • Full Time Permanent Contract
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
