Summary
Qualifications: Must have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years previous experience managing a care home or in a senior leadership role within the care sector.
Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CQC regulations, health and safety requirements, and person-centred care principles.
Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents and supporting your team.
Must be currently based and eligible to work in the UK
