This job is for those who wish to progress through a business support track, it is not for paralegals or those who seek training contracts in legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our legal team.
- Quantify cases/applications on behalf of the legal team.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients and courts.
- Prepare and format legal documents with precision and care.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Assist with file management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the legal sector.
- Confident in their Mathematics ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and case management software.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
