Summary
We are seeking a Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join our Primary School nursery, in providing care and support to individuals with autism and special education needs.
The role involves assisting with toddler care, communication, and educational activities for children with diverse needs.
Responsibilities -
* Provide care and support to toddlers and children with autism and special education requirements
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
* Assist in educating children according to individual learning plans
* Work closely with children who have autism, ensuring their specific needs are met
* Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children
* Previous experience in toddler care or working with children with autism is desirable.
* Ability to communicate effectively with children of varying needs Experience in special education or related fields is advantageous
* A compassionate approach towards working with individuals with diverse requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and their families
* Special education: 1 year (preferred)
