Responsibilities
Manage the engineering team
Work with the Technical Architect to build new integrations and analytical data sources
Designing and implementing new integration processes to remove Moto’s end of life back-office platform
Supporting other project activity
Manage BAU support function maintaining existing integrations
Building reliable, efficient data applications systems, services and platforms.
Deploying, scheduling and monitoring components pragmatically in a workflow.
Handling complex queries against relational and non-relational data stores.
As our Senior Data Engineer, you will have experience of:
Designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines using various tools and technologies
Advanced knowledge of Python Scripting
Experience working with large databases, transactional datasets, and data warehouses with batch data processing jobs
Understanding SQL executions plans and performance optimizing queries and batch jobs
Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures, as well as CSV file integration
