Summary

Support Worker

Bishopton Road, Stockton-on-Tees

Full Time 35 hours

We are looking for a full time support worker to join our friendly and welcoming team in Bishopton Road, Stockton-on-Tees, Durham, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives.
We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred care, providing a range of individualised support and promoting independence to enable people to live a happy fulfilled life.

The people we support have a range of complex needs and your role would be to support with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, managing money, and household tasks such as laundry and cleaning. You will also support and encourage our service users to take part in activities within the service and the community.
We are a digital service so you will be required to complete daily logs and forms on One Touch, our digital platform. There are also daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks to be completed.

Driver Preferred

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided

An enhanced adult and child DBS application will be required for successful applicants.

Shifts

35 hours per week

Regular shifts include but are not limited to:

Full day - 8.00am - 22.00pm
Half day - 8.00am - 16.00pm.
16.00pm - 22.00pm.
Waking nights - 22.00pm - 08.00am
