Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently seeking to invest in a passionate, reliable and customer focused individual to join our team.
The new team member must have a positive attitude and be able to work independently to meet varying targets reporting into the Head of Customer Service. Customer service is our passion, and we provide a high standard of in-house service across various functions to our large customer base.
About you
You must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of detail consciousness and successfully meet the needs of the customer. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be confident in retaining a consistent professional engagement.
Other skills required are:
- The ability to multi-task
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Have computer literacy, with a proficiency in Excel,
- Be able to be consistently efficient including during busy periods,
- Be able to work on a rota basis with some flexibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to all calls and enquiries in adherence to the department standards and expectations.
• Provide exceptional support to reach the best outcome for customers using internal bespoke systems.
• Create customer orders, process payments and work through Customer returns/exchanges.
• Track parcels and liaise with couriers to follow up with delivery progress.
• Accurate measurement of garments to provide sizing information to customers.

Job Type and Schedule:
Full Time, Permanent. 8-hour day shift.
Shift Pattern
Shift 1 - Working 5 days out of 7, every Saturday with Sunday and a day off in the week to supplement the Saturday shift. Hours between 8am - 6pm, Saturday is a 9am - 5pm shift. Total of 40 hours per week.
Wrap shift – 09:00 – 17:00 Tuesday to Saturday
(Saturday shifts are one in two during Sales periods)
