Summary
Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. We are a highly successful and established retailer of high-end designer clothing carrying over 100 brands including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Emporio Armani.
Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking to appoint a driven, experienced and committed Warehouse Supervisor to control our Goods Out function. Your role is paramount to the success of the function and will report into our Operations Manager.
You will have direct reports each with their teams, therefore people management skills and experience is essential. Naturally, your exceptional communication skills will compliment your ability to prioritise and manage your time, to deliver clearly defined outcomes.
Your proven experience will show problem solving skills, the ability to be detail driven and have a genuine interest in producing and analysing performance data from the department. Your experience will prove an understanding of working practice within both Health & Safety and HR.
As Mainline Menswear continues to grow and progress, change management experience is key to align the function with the Company’s journey. As such your skills in delivering training and developing others will be key to bringing on successors across the department, and thrive with the ever evolving business.
