Summary
To participate and lead in multidisciplinary team meetings/case discussion. To be a member of the, SMS team meetings, 'Medicines Management' group and attend any business or clinical meetings delegated by the MH Lead. To ensure that regular handover meetings take place, and that all information is communicated across the team. Use the electronic record system to communicate with team members and other healthcare services throughout the prison to ensure auditable communication. To provide specialist advice and support to colleagues throughout the prison
