Summary
Job Responsibilities Main duties/Key Tasks: Extract relevant clinical information for coding. Enter data accurately into the clinical system. Apply appropriate Read/SNOMED codes. Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance. Liaise with clinical staff for clarification when needed. Maintain up to date, accurate patient records. Review and summarise incoming patient medical records. Support QOF, audits and clinical reporting. Work to agreed targets and deadlines. Contribute to efficient record record-keeping and patient care. Any other administration duties.
