Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of SIAM Analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of IT service management within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Information Technology or Business degree or equivalent relevant experience ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification and experience Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement process change Ability to innovate in the management of IT service and operational processes and to identify opportunities for more effective service delivery Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and sometimes in sensitive and/or hostile environment Demonstrable experience of Service Management and ITIL process design and implementation. Experience of monitoring SIAM process performance against SLA’s and KPI’s, and participating in effective working relationships to deliver continuous improvement. Experience of maintaining documentation relating to SIAM processes and providing information and advice on the use of these processes to internal staff and 3rd parties. Engaging and building relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and suppliers, working collaboratively to support business outcomes Demonstrable experience of multi-tasking, working across multiple projects, analysing opportunities, defining successful approaches, and proactively solve problems. Proactivity and the ability to exercise personal responsibility and autonomy to plan your workload in order to meet objectives and delivery timeframes. The role involves leading and supporting the design, development, implementation, documentation and operation of various processes including service measurement & reporting, service level management, service catalogue and continual service improvement. The SIAM Analyst will also play a key role in managing our 3rd party suppliers, ensuring that they are performing in line with expected service quality and are integrated effectively in the delivery of end-to-end service outcomes.
