Job Overview:
- Provide expert clinical guidance and leadership within a multidisciplinary team, managing your own caseload, overseeing staff and contributing to service planning and quality improvement.
- Conduct detailed assessments, develop and implement treatment plans and ensure high-quality care for clients.
-Ordering and managing equipment needs assessed under the Care Act (2014) and collaborating closely with the Audit Social Care team to reassess existing support plans.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 7 years of experience.
Only candidates in line with the new 12 month MOC exemptions for the West Midlands will be considered.
