Residential Projects- South East & Central London
We're working with a leading subcontractor with a £200m turnover, operating across drylining, facades, metal works, and glazing. With over 140 live sites - 95% of which are residential - they are looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
Based in Erith, this company is built on long-term relationships and internal progression. The Managing Director started out as a labourer and has built the business into one of the most respected names in the sector.
