What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting the class teacher to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Working one-on-one or with small groups of pupils, bringing learning to life.
- Helping to set up exciting classroom activities and resources.
- Being a role model, championing positive behaviour and a love for learning.
- Assisting with the care and wellbeing of children, ensuring the classroom is a safe and happy space.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is highly desirable.
- A patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to build great relationships with pupils and staff.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's educational and social development.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
