We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a motivated and supportive department. This role offers a great opportunity to inspire students through the study of literature, language, and communication skills across KS3 and KS4. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as English Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that challenge and motivate students
Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical analysis
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
Support students’ literacy and communication skills across the curriculum
Ideal English Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in English or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and examination requirements
Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a English Teacher.
