Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading North Wales manufacturer, in their search for a Senior Despatch Operator to join their growing facility in Wrexham.
For the successful Senior Despatch Operator, our client is offering:
Salary of circa £30,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday, Days role, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Permanent role with a progressive company

Coordinate commercial and non-commercial shipments, ensuring compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority and international trade regulations.
Prepare and manage despatches using ERP, EBR, and global serialisation systems, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous goods.
Liaise with couriers, QA, Sales Admin, and global supply chain teams to maintain timely and accurate product shipments.
Act as deputy to the Despatch Team Leader, supporting team operations and decision-making in their absence.
Coach and support team training and development to ensure best practice and compliance.
Maintain despatch facility systems and ensure adherence to GMP and EHS standards.
Drive continuous improvement activities and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
Previous experience in an export or distribution role within a highly regulated industry – ESSENTIAL
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead or deputise within a team
Experience with temperature-controlled logistics, or dangerous goods – DESIRABLE
Strong communication and organisational skills
