Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
To support the WAC Manager in the management of WAC Falmouth.
Plan and implement a year-round programme of activities that maximise participation levels using a combination of AT, SAA, CA and sport.
Deliver AT and SAA to achieve the WAC Falmouth Programme.
Supervise the SZ3 in ensuring all WAC Falmouth equipment is safe, maintained and fit for purpose in accordance with the equipment management strategy.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of AT to other RNAT centres such as NOCG and DRUs in support of RNAT HQ tasking in the UK and abroad.
