Summary
Your role will include
Preparing and cooking nutritionally balanced meals appropriate for under fives.
Overseeing meal planning, ensuring the children receive a healthy nutritionally balanced diet.
Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy kitchen.
Regulating kitchen stock control and collating food purchase orders.
Meeting health and safety and environmental health requirements at all times.
You will ideally have
A current food hygiene certificate.
Sound knowledge of food allergies.
Experience of cooking for children.
Proven experience and ability to organise, plan and cook nutritionally balanced meals for different dietary requirements.
Knowledge and awareness of health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
Working hours will be approximately 9.00-2.00 but are willing to discuss to fit around suitable candidate.
