Summary
We are recruiting a Retail & Stock Manager to oversee inventory and sales operations across our in-store and online business. Our retail range includes event décor, cosmetics, and specialty cultural products. You’ll lead a small team and play a vital role in stock planning and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory and supplier relationships
• Lead shop floor operations and manage stock levels
• Implement merchandising and promotions strategies
• Supervise team performance and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail management or inventory control experience
• Familiarity with multicultural or niche product lines
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in retail systems and data tracking
