Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an IT Site Lead on behalf of a global CDMO organization.
Role purpose:
Manage site’ IT needs and infrastructure & ensure new employees onboarding relating to IT and software needs.
Key accountabilities:
Assume overall responsibility for site’ IT budget and generate agility and flexibility to manage IT related items
Develop an effective and cohesive teamwork, fostering close collaboration with site and external stakeholders.
Driving a lean mindset and establishing mechanisms to continuous improvement initiatives to be executed in line with plan
Develop strategy and plan to ensure Capacity are fit for demand (short-, mid-, and longterm).
Anticipate delivering IT solutions on strong stakeholder expectations in a matrix environment
Key requirements:
Deep IT infra-software and hardware understanding
Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
Project Management and Change Management Skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of integrity and ethics
