Summary
This is a supporting role but experience with working as an assistant pastor in a pentecostal or evangelical Afro-Caribbean church setting will be an added advantage. The role will mainly involve:
*Support officiating minister during Mass and Holy Communion Services
*Support to visit the sick and needy to offer welfare/support
*Support participant in interfaith and community activities
*Support work in church library and bookshop
*Support to sort out foods and clothing materials for community service users
*Support in hospital, prison and community outreaches
*Support distribution of articles, leaflets, tracts, and evangelism materials.
*Support to make note of support services within the Borough/contact them and inform them of our service.
*Support to attend to telephone calls
