ECT Primary Teachers
Are you a motivated and aspiring Early Career Teacher ready to begin your educational career?
Primary schools in Bedford are looking for ECT primary teachers to cover daily, short- and long-term assignments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Creating and delivering effective lessons that align with the national curriculum
• Fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with children, staff and the school community
What we’re looking for:
• QTS or on track to achieve it by September 2025
• A genuine passion and enthusiasm for teaching
• Ability to manage a classroom confidently
• A strong sense of responsibility towards pupil welfare and safeguarding
