Job Purpose: Working as part of a team to install and maintain a wide range of electrical works including Street Lighting, Floodlighting, Illuminated signs, Traffic Signals, Navigational Aids, Depots and Offices in compliance with electrical technical standards.

Requirements

A current SJIB registration card and/or working towards achieving approved status

A driving license is essential to travel efficiently between various work locations in the area to meet the operational needs of the service.

Experience in all aspects of electrical work, and electrician qualification or evidence of having completed or undertaking electrician training (e.g. 4th year apprentice).
