Job Purpose: To deliver a professional and efficient frontline service resolving a variety of customer requests using our Pay-Report-Request methods, providing resolution at first point of contact whenever possible or escalating appropriately leaving customers with a good impression of the Highland Council. To assist and support in the day-to-day operation of the Service Point. To ensure the Registration Service for Births, Still-births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships is delivered in accordance with the statutory directives from the Registrar General for Scotland.
