Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexibility and meaningful work? We have an exciting opportunity just 15–20 minutes outside of Burton-on-Trent, in a beautifully located home supporting up to 27 residents.
This service specialises in supporting individuals with mental health conditions and complex needs. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring each resident’s personalised care plan is followed, helping them feel heard, respected, and supported in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily routines, supporting independence, and catering to individual preferences. You’ll also be expected to maintain health and safety standards, complete housekeeping tasks, report condition updates, and provide personal care where needed.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
