Summary
Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Office Administrator at Reading Head Office This is a Permanent job with a salary of £24,960 depending on experience. Role Summary The post holder will work with minimal supervision and be expected to work flexibly as part of a team, supporting a wide range of tasks such as administrative duties, support with data analysis, report writing and gathering information. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and partners. Your role will include liaising with the managers and employees, smooth communication and prompt resolution of various requests and queries. The main aim of this role is to support office admin, SmokeFreeLife Berkshire and various stop-smoking services within the company. With a focus on assisting in the office with the handling of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), delivering Very Brief Advice (VBA) training, and general admin tasks. You'll be the friendly and organised point of contact, coordinating appointments, managing data, and providing vital support to our dedicated Stop Smoking Advisers. With your enthusiasm and attention to detail, you'll ensure our community stop smoking services run smoothly, making a real difference in the lives of our clients. All of our team members undergo a rigorous training programme to ensure they are working to the highest standard and demonstrating evidence-based practice. Full training will be provided to ensure the post-holder is competent to support across a range of areas.
