Summary
We are looking for Graders and Packers to work for a company based on the outskirts of Newark, Must have own transport due to location
Working hours are a 4on/4off shift pattern 7am until 6pm
£12.64p/h Overtime available in peak.
As a Grading Operative you will be operating and maintaining machinery used to sort, classify, or grade materials based on size, quality, or other criteria.
Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, monitoring production, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring that graded products meet quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with specific machinery, and collaboration with quality control and production team.
As a Packing Operative you will be responsible for picking items, performing quality checks, packing items for shipping, and operating related machinery in the production area. You will be restocking materials, weighing and labelling, and maintaining records of packed goods.
