Summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Administrator in West Hallam Ilkeston, DE7 6HE

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Administrator

You will be paid £12.21 per hour

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Administrator:

  • You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 16:30pm
  • Please be aware that from end of August / early September the shift will change to rotating 05:30-14:00 and 14:00-22:30

Your role as a full time Warehouse Administrator:

  • Overseeing order system - Release and despatch orders on the system
  • Checking of orders including releasing and allocating orders and printing all relevant paperwork
  • Telephone booking deliveries and answering calls
  • Making bookings for deliveries using email
  • Organise and book transport for all deliveries
  • Performing admin tasks for warehouse operations - Preparing all documentation for oncoming booked shipments
  • Take responsibility to ensure that all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • To accurately complete all appropriate documentation
  • Communicating with the team and haulage and customers
  • Using excel spreadsheets for data capture and reporting
  • All filing and archiving of paperwork

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good level of communication
  • Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards
  • Ideally own transport as the bus service is limited in the area
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UK
