Summary
Work in collaboration with the Head of School for Emergency Medicine to develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Emergency Medicine. To always demonstrate the values and behaviours of a senior Emergency Medicine Consultant and Educational Leader in line with the values of NHS(E) and the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and with reference to the principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity.
