Craft, Create and Support Student Excellence
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Design Technology Technician with Art to join our vibrant and values-led school.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with teaching staff to help bring creative and technical lessons to life, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and providing hands-on support that directly enhances students’ learning experiences.
With responsibilities across both DT and Art, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to Educational Excellence, Character Development and Spiritual Insight by enabling pupils to explore and express their creativity in a safe and inspiring environment.

What will you do?
Carry out preparatory work, under supervision, for practical lessons.To provide assistance, advice and practical demonstrations to students and staff in the use of equipment and resources.Deliver apparatus, equipment and materials to classrooms, retrieve after use and return for appropriate safe storage. Creation of appropriate safe storage methods.Provide support to the Head of Art. During busy times for GCSE practical work, you will be required to provide professional duties outside of school hours.Why should you apply
