Would you like to work with a supportive team and have a positive impact on the young people we support?An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Stafford Leys Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026.
There are various hours available for the role with the working hours ranging from 7.5 to 27.5 hours per week which can be discussed at interview. You will be required to work across the whole week, from Monday to Friday.
The Learning Support Assistant is responsible for providing support to our pupils and teachers within the school to provide a high quality provision. The successful candidate will work with whole classes, small groups of children and pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on an individual 1:1 basis.

• Be NVQ Level 2 qualified (or equivalent)
• Have experience in a classroom environment
• Have experience of supporting SEND in an educational setting
• Have the motivation and passion for being part of a successful school team
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
