Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Nursery Administrator to join our friendly team at Hillcroft Primary School on a one-year fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Senior Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of all nursery-related administrative tasks. From managing admissions and funding processes to handling communications and day-to-day paperwork, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a busy and welcoming school environment.Your Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised and proactive individual to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Hillcroft Primary School’s nursery. Under the guidance of the Senior Office Administrator, you will be involved in a wide range of administrative duties, from supporting nursery admissions and managing funding processes to maintaining accurate records and assisting with Local Authority submissions. You will also help with marketing nursery places, liaising with prospective families, and ensuring compliance with current early years funding and staffing requirements.
