Term time only + 5 INSET daysWe are looking for experienced BSL Interpreters to support Deaf and hard of hearing colleagues in school. The successful candidates will work with staff to enable an accessible working environment. The funding for this role is dependent on funding from Access to Work.
The applicant should have:
Proven ability to interpret BSL/English and English/BSL The ability to work flexibly and to use own initiative The ability to travel between sites (BS7 0PU and BS7 9NL)High expectations Good spoken English skills Excellent organisational skills As a minimum candidates will have completed NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) and will be registered as an RSLI or TSLI.
